We arrived in Petrella Guidi from Venice 25 years ago, looking for a place to live in peace away from the city, but not really "outside of the world". With our daughters Stella and Eliana we lived 3 years in a house here in the village but it was too small for us, so we went on the other side of the valley, in the municipality of Pennabilli.
In Petrella we found a small community that was like a big family that adopted us, so we continued to hang around. After 15 years we had the opportunity to return to live in Petrella and buy this house: there was space for us, for our two daughters, for the workshop and for guests; on the outside we have a vegetable garden and a lawn.
The daughters went their own way and so we started with the B & B, this is our fourth year.
We received many young couples, some with children, especially on weekends when events and fairs are held in Sant'Agata Feltria and Pennabilli. We had travelers who use this place as a base camp for exploring the Valmarecchia and Montefeltro, we had people wishing to quietly rest and walk and enjoy the scenery.
