This house was built in the 70s under the ancient walls of Petrella Guidi and remained almost unfinished for more than 20 years.
It was then partially restored by a Lombard sculptor who used it for several years. We completed the works five years ago and lived there since. |
| At the first level there is a space-workshop and a guest room of about 20sqm with bathroom and closet-kitchen. The door-window overlooks a rather large space that can be reached by car, where children can freely play without problems. All’ultimo piano un appartamento con una camera di 14mq , bagno ,corridoio, e una sala di 35mq , zona pranzo e solottino con camino TV, lettore CD-DVD , libreria ; il divano può diventare un vero letto matrimoniale , dalle ampie finestre si gode una vista a volo d’ uccello dell’Altavalmarecchia verso i monti toscani . |
